Check in is any time after 14:00pm, check out is at 10:00am. Errol or Ishmael will be on hand to greet you and explain everything on your arrival.

WILL ANYONE ELSE BE AT EIKEHOF?

Should you choose the option of booking out the entire Eikehof there will be no other guests on the property with you.

PETS

Unfortunately, Eikehof does not allow pets due to our tame chickens, turkeys, donkey and goats that roam about the farm.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? 

The Homestead is fully equipped so you won't need to bring much!

Bring your own food, drinks, favourite board games and your hiking boots.

There is an assortment of spices and condiments available, as well as coffee, tea, sugar and long-life milk.

WHAT WE SUPPLY

· Fire Wood.

 

· Luxurious locally made body wash and body lotion that is 100% organic, sulphate free and environmentally friendly made with Fynbos essential oils.

 

· Bath towels and swimming towels.

 

GETTING THERE

Eikehof is on the R43 en-route Ceres. Take the Olifantsberg turn-off and we are the second farm on your right.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

-Bookings cancelled 30+ days before your stay will be 100% refunded in low season. In peak season bookings cancelled 45+ days before your stay will be 100% refunded.

-Bookings cancelled under 30 days before your stay will have 50% of the deposit refunded for low season. Under 45 days for peak season.

-Bookings cancelled less than 15 days before your stay will not be refunded unless those dates can be booked out to someone else fro low season. 25 days for peak season.

-Bookings can be moved to alternative dates free of charge up to 15 days before your stay for low season. 25 days for peak season.
